Service Description
Travel to the East, the West & the South. East Coast Chowder is creamy and sweet. The South brings on delicious shrimp from the Gulf served over flavorful grits. Pacific Salmon is a versatile and flavorful fish that can be prepared in countless ways, but achieving the perfect salmon dish every time requires the right techniques and a bit of know-how. Come to this class hungry and bring your own To-Go dishes for any left overs. Price is Per Person. Menu: New England Clam Chowder Gulf Shrimp and Grits Blackened Salmon with Fruit Salsa NOTE: Class is structured in teams. There are 4 people per table and you will share equipment and recipes with your table mates, unless the recipe is for 2. Please call first if you have food allergies, to ensure we can accommodate.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
