Service Description
German cuisine is known for being heavy and meat based. We'll take traditional meals and add a lighter version to the story. Class is BYOB, aprons, water, openers and glasses provided. Cost is $60 per person. Menu: Chicken Schnitzel with Sauteed Apples & Mustard Sauce Frankfurt Green "Gruener" Sauce with Potatoes and Boiled Eggs Apple Strudel with Vanilla Cream Sauce *NOTE: -If you are joining as a single person you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all classes each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food they’ve made during the class with their table-mates.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
