In this French themed class, we'll focus on the flavors of broth and herbs and create slightly lighter versions of french food. Steamed Mussels in Saffron Broth Coq au Vin Saute ( Chicken & Mushrooms cooked in Wine) Haricots Vert (Sauteed french green beans) Peach and Raspberry Galette

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
