Are you ready to elevate your culinary skills? Join us for an exclusive cooking series focused on the Sous Vide Cooking Technique. Sous vide is a French cooking technique and the term translates to “under vacuum." In the sous vide technique food is vacuum-sealed in a cooking pouch and heated at a precise temperature in a water bath. Instead of relying on perfect timing, sous vide relies on precise temperature control. Class is BYOB, aprons, water, glasses and openers provided. Menu: There will be a sampling of each Beef Tri Tip with Shiso Shallot Butter Pork Chops with Corn Medley Glazed Rainbow Carrots

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
