Service Description

Join us for a fun evening celebrating Cinco de Mayo where we will be creating a 8"x 8" Octagon Shaped Acacia Wood charcuterie board bursting with flavors from Mexico and Spain! We provide everything needed to make the charcuterie board that serves 2-3 when finished. Filled with artisanal cheeses, meats, fruit, nuts and more. Each person will create their own board. You'll learn how to create those specialty roses, zig-zag fruit technique, Fruit techniques, Brie shapes, prosciutto fans/ruffles, and more! It is a lot of knife work, so be prepared for that if you are booking this class. While creating your board, Kim, your instructor, will create 3 different fun tequila themed cocktails to enjoy while creating your board. Mocktail available as well. Class is hands-on and boards are wrapped to take home at the end! A delicious light appetizer will be served. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
