Service Description

A super fun hands-on class that explores the flavors of Japan and creating hand-rolled sushi. You'll learn to make 2 types of rolls, and sides to go with it. You are also welcome to make your own variations with the ingredients. There are NO RAW meat or fish ingredients in this class. Please bring a dish to take home your leftovers! Class is BYOB. Light snack, aprons, water, openers, glasses and aprons provided. Ages 12-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Menu Includes: Roll with crab, avocado, cream cheese and jalepeno Roll with Shrimp Tempura, Carrot, Cucumber Sauces: Spicy Mayo & Sweet Sesame Udon Soup with Shrimp Tempura (for rolls too!) Edamame in Soy Sauce and Sesame Seeds

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
