Service Description
Speaking from experience, I know the ups and downs of hormonal changes us women go through during our 40's, 50's and 60's. Not only do our bodies change, but what we put in our bodies changes as well. In this monthly health series, we'll explore foods that our body needs to help alleviate hot flashes, hormone imbalances, sleep deprivation, wait, what was I saying? Oh yeah, brain fog, etc. Even if you're not in that peri-menopause stage and looking for healthier options, this class is great fun and informative. Expect great conversation during this class as we all share our experiences and lets face it, melt downs! Class is BYOB (of course), aprons, glasses and openers provided. To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
