Service Description
Join us for our ongoing Meal Prep Class! Let's face it, we struggle to plan, shop and prepare meals on a nightly basis and with a drawer full of recipes, we make the same 5 over and over again. And that grocery store? Overwhelming, am I right?! Let's get out of that rut as you team up with other students who have the same goal in mind; providing a healthy, delicious, well thought out meal for you and your family! This class will be monthly, so if you miss one, you can join the next one! All you have to do is show-up, prep, cook and assemble your meals! Each table will be a station of chopping/prep, cooking, and assemble. All to-go bags, instructions and dishes will be provided. A light snack will be provided as well as aprons, water, glasses and openers. Please feel free to bring an adult beverage. Class Menu: 4 Freezer Meals -Serves 4 each * Sloppy Turkey Joe's w/Sweet Potato Fries * Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos (Crockpot) & Rice * Basil Pesto Pasta w/Cajun Chicken * Grilled Salmon w/Basil Pesto & Lemon Herb Orzo 4 individual lunch meals (1 each) * Spinach Pasta with Za'tar, Lemon & Parsley * Chicken OR Steak Burrito Bowls * Honey Sriracha Shrimp w/Noodles * Buffalo Chicken Wraps 1 breakfast -Serves 4 * Green Smoothie Packs 1 dessert * Zucchini Bread Loaf NOTE:You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
