Service Description

Pate a choux, translates to cabbage paste, and was named for the way the small choux looks after baking. It's a relatively simple concoction, with endless possibilities, sweet and savory, that dates back to 1540 and the court of Catherine de'Medici. Kids will make one sweet and one savory pastry! Water and aprons provided. Kids can eat their treats when done or take them home! Menu: Pate a Choux (Creme Puff Dough) Sweet Cream Puffs Savory Cheese Puffs Class is drop-off. Your child's safety is our number one concern, please ensure your child wears close-toed shoes and hair is tied back. If your child has food allergies or a medical condition we should be aware of, please inform us when you sign up. We cannot make food changes during class.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
