Service Description

If you like beer and if you like to eat (don't we all?), then this hands-on class is right up your alley. In this class, a selection of beers becomes an all-purpose cooking tool that provides depth and flavors to these hearty dishes. You'll explore a variety of beers and learn how they can complement the flavors of your cooking. We'll provide all the beer for the cooking, feel free to bring some more to enjoy alongside! No harm in wine either, no judgement. At the end of class, you'll be able to enjoy your meal. We provide water, aprons, glasses and openers. No one under 21 allowed for this particular class. Menu includes: IPA Caramelized Onion Dip w/ beer boiled pretzels Belgian Tripel Honey Glazed Chicken Wings Pale Ale Braised Sausage and Cabbage Guinness Chocolate Butter Bundt Cake

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us 7 days in advance. A 15% return fee applies for ANY cancelation. No refund if within 7 days. Rescheduling is allowed on a case by case basis. A minimum of 4 people are required for each class. You will be notified 5 days prior if the class does not meet minimum requirements. A full refund will be issued or you may sign-up for another class of equal value or pay the difference
